Devin Scott serves as the Field Manager for Broker Associates Auction Services and is the General Contractor for Triad Construction Group, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience, Devin is a highly effective Construction & Business Operations Executive recognized for his strategic vision, business acumen, and leadership.
Devin’s career began in the factory-built housing industry, where he advanced from salesman to dealership manager for a large national chain before becoming a contractor. This experience gives him unique insight into both the sales and construction sides of modular and manufactured housing. His expertise spans commercial, industrial, educational, automotive, medical/healthcare, and residential projects.
Devin consistently delivers projects on time and within budget. He brings extensive expertise in bidding, cost estimating, and managing subcontractors, labor, equipment, and materials. At Triad Construction Group, he oversees modular home projects with precision and a strong commitment to quality and service—earning praise from both owners and subcontractors for his dependable leadership and attention to detail.
Devin works closely with Jeff Brown, Partner at Triad Construction Group, to assist clients who prefer to build a new modular home rather than purchase an existing one. Together, they provide a seamless, professional experience from planning through completion.
In his role as Field Manager for Broker Associates Auction Services, Devin manages the auction process in the field. Once Jeff Brown, the firm’s auctioneer, sets the auction in motion, Devin oversees the on-the-ground details—coordinating logistics, preparing properties, and ensuring every element is in place for a smooth, professional auction experience.
Devin lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and on weekends you’ll often find him racing competitively in motorcycle drag races at tracks up and down the East Coast.
